Weekend Fun: Demoting Weekend Fun

That’s right, it’s a new little thing we’re going to be trying out here at the Postmen … (drum roll) … actually posting on the weekends! Woo!

Don’t act so shocked. We’ve done this (once) before, and since I spend a decent amount of time working for the FanHouse on Saturdays and Sundays, I figured I might as well post in the free time (when there is some). So, just so you know: check back tomorrow. With the draft, my intramural soccer semifinals and (potentially) championship, and my watching of the Bulls-Miami game from tonight - more on this below - there should be plenty of stuff to talk about tomorrow.

As for the Bulls, I can’t watch the game tonight. I know, it’s pathetic and sad. I’m going to the middle of the mothereffing woods drinking beer and freezing my ass off, and all the while the Bulls will be plucking away in Miami, running circles around the oldest team in the league and probably getting screwed on a lot of calls. It sucks, but like I said, I’ll be tivo-ing that baby and rewatching it early tomorrow. Yes, I know I’m dedicated. Stop. You’re embarrassing me.

To review: Weekend Fun still exists, but will be far less final now, since we’ll be trying to post on weekends; Bulls and the draft and my intramural career’s end tomorrow. Cool? See you then.
