Cartman introduces the Buffs

If there’s one thing E and I seemed to find ourselves doing after stumbling home from the bars in Bloomington last year and free from the clutches our women (which, was rare but great), it was late-night viewing of South Park. Hot damn, we love that show. So it is within that spirit that I toss up (via AA) Eric Cartman introducing the Colorado Buffaloes offense today in their matchup against Nebraska.

After filming this, I hear Cartman got down on some serious Heroin Hero. I swear I can catch the dragon!

This continues our uber-laziness, self-referential day. (Hey, some people aren’t even blogging today.) If E isn’t back to throw up Weekend Fun, consider this the last post of the week. Not like any of you are reading this anyways.

Not to be all externally referential, but…

44a.gifAnyone who reads R and I semi-regularly knows we like to come up with our own stuff. We’re not trying to sit around at our computers and look for things people have done, give them a quick reference and post, and go about our day. We want to write, damnnit! (We want to try, anyway.)

But commenter Phillips threw me toward this this morning, and it’s too good not to mention. As a matter of fact, good doesn’t even begin to describe it.

It’s a college football teams as South Park characters comparison, one of those sports to pop culture juxtaposition blog posts that seem to be an art form all their own these days. We did the whole Team Zizou thing, if you’ll remember. That was our attempt, and Jamie at Mr. Irrelevant liked it enough to take it on “Cold Pizza”, but man, I have to admit - that wasn’t half as good as this.

It’s from MGoBlog, and it’s unreal. Just about every prominent college football team, and character, is mentioned. Go wild.

And our next post, expect originality. Promise.

(And by the way, that picture is Kevin, Mephisto’s tiny assistant. That’s Indiana (our Indiana) in the comparison. Read it - it’s sad, but it makes essentially perfect sense.)
