…we present to you Mr. Rasheed Wallace. Really, our installments of athlete’s sites should be tagged as “fans who post utterly ridiculous comments on athlete’s sites,” but hey, you get the idea.

Well, here we go.

I would just like to take the time and thank Rasheed Wallace for being such a great role model. Not only are you a great basketball player, but you are truely a great person. Many famous people are all well and popular but not really a good human being. But you help so many people and give so much of your money away to people who truely need it, and i just think that’s the coolest and nicest thing in the world. It really breaks my heart when i look up and really like some famous person but then i find out that them as a human being that they’re jerks. My dream when i was little was that i could be the richest person in the world and then give it to the poor and needy and to people who just needed it more than me. I know that dream will never come true, but it’s really cool to know that someone (you) is basically living my dream and even though im not able to give millions of dollars to people less fortunate than me, you can. I’m so greatful to have you playing for the Pistons. You truely give them a great name as far as morals go. So, in conclusion: Thank you for being so kind and generous. You are truely all around a great human being!

Jose’s true fans revealed!

So, by now we all know Jose Canseco signed with the San Diego Surf Dawgs of the Golden Baseball League late last week.

And in his first game back, Jose struck out three times and got hit by a pitch. (He’s just getting the kinks out, people.) Following his first game, Jose asked to be traded to the Long Beach Armada (slightly better team name than ‘Surf Dawgs’) because of custody issues with his daughter. Fair enough. His wish was granted yesterday.

We’re really not quite sure what to make of Conseco. We know he’s never going to be one to bow out gracefully, always trying to stay in the public eye, with his failed attempts as an action movie star and stint on the Surreal Life. Doesn’t really bother us all that much.

We also know he’s viewed as kind of an idiot by many. Like a big, dumb animal type of idiot. He seems lovable, though. Like a big teddy bear you want to hug. Don’t you think?

And hey, he made Sammy Sosa look semi-retarded in front of Congress, which brought smiles to our faces. He gets bonus points for that.

But enough of that. It’s Friday, so it’s time to bust out one of the Postmen’s favorite post subjects, ATHELETE’S WEB SITES!

Over at Jose’s official site, the fan section is where it’s at. Why, just take a look at what one superfan says about Jose.

I have been a Canseco fan since I was 7 years old. I remember how I became a fan. He was the first player I ever saw hit a home run. I soon realized that other players hit homeruns, but none like Jose. This player had something no others had, he had presence. I am now 25 years old and am more a fan now than I have ever been. I recently added a member to my family by way of a baby girl named Anna born last November. I will raise her right, as a Canseco fan. I have never met Jose, but that is a dream of mine. I have collected over 1500 different cards of Jose over the years. I have over thirty game used auto cards and almost as many game used cards. I have an autographed bat and an autographed game used bat courtesy of Jose Canseco.com. I have several other autos and various other Canseco collectibles. I have been a Canseco fan over a third of my life, and I don’t see any changes any time soon. No matter what he does, I will always support him.

It’s been awhile since we’ve dipped into athlete’s web sites, but the time has come yet again. Today, we present to you some of the comments fans have recently left for Dwyane Wade on his official site. (We’ve dropped names and contact info to protect the innocent.)
