Mercury Morris will never die

See what you did, Giants? See what your plucky, come-from-behind implausibility does to the rest of us? You’re no better than Rick Neuheisel. You enable douchebags. You’re d-bag enablers.

This video wouldn’t even be postworthy if Morris weren’t lying through his fucking teeth for three minutes. Humbled? Does Mercury Morris sound humbled to you right now? He is the exact opposite of humbled, and what’s worse, he doesn’t even have the courage of his egotistical convictions to fully admit it.

I actually found myself cheering for the Giants last night, and then I remembered their fans, and then I remembered Mercury Morris. And now I hate myself.

    You must be a really small person that your personal happiness can be ruined by someone you don’t know. Get a life and if you ever accomplish anything in life that is even close to what he has, then you can talk. Until then, shut the fuck up.

    If the Pats and their coach weren’t so arrogant, there might be more people feeling sorry for them. Maybe Mercury Morris sees this more than other people. Also, the ‘72 Dolphins have felt for many years that they have gotten short-changed as far as notoriety from the media. I’m sure that plays into Merc’s emotions as well. Sure, there are some comments that Mercury has made over the past few months that were a little out of line, but his basic attitude was right on the mark: “What you do up until the Super Bowl doesn’t mean sh*t. Did you win it all?”
