Jose Canseco teaches you about the dangers of steroids at his baseball camp

There are many brilliant uses for the Internet. It can spark social change, help keep families close who live miles away and gives a voice to the voiceless. But, at this moment, I am not interested in all that. What I am interested in, however, is part four of Jose Canseco’s Baseball Camp, graciously uploaded to YouTube by user Ki11ersmoke.

In it, the strength coach from Miami talks about gaining weight the right way, not cutting corners and warns the youth of this fine nation about the dangers of steroids as Jose looks on. These, of course, are exactly the type of morals Canseco based his entire career upon.

I believe the widely-accepted term for this sort of video is “mesmerizing.”
