Get rich or die bloggin'
This is what the nadir looks like
Stu Scott seems like a nice enough dude, I guess; all I really know about him is that he hates computers, so I guess I won’t be seeing him on any Slashdot threads anytime soon. But professionally? Stu. Come on man. Come on. Are you serious? You can’t be serious. This can’t be serious.
Woe to Stu for doing this, woe to the producer who either conceived of the segment or is just complicit in its delivery, and woe (and thanks) to Chris-Mot for recording this thing for all the blog world to see, and thus ridicule.
If you ever needed a really good reason to stick to ESPNNews forever, this is fucking it.

It wasn’t my thing, but I’m not that opposed to him doing it. I think the fact that ESPNNews exists makes it OK for SportsCenter to get a little creative. It’s like the blogosphere, people like getting their sports news/commentary in all different flavors, not just AP recaps.
Matt: Agreed. That’s sort of what I’m saying: If you want actual sports news without all the fluff, ESPNNews is now the place for you. Not exactly a revelation as much as a confirmation.
For me, as I get all my opinion and information from blogs and various newspapers and sites and so on, so I don’t really need the opinion stuff on Sportscenter and find most of it to be incredibly droll. That’s fine; to each his own.
Really, I just wanted to post the video. It makes me giggle.
Are we sure this isn’t an SNL skit starring Tim Meadows?
