As sad as it is, Chris Crocker — the crazed, androgynous Britney Spears fan famous for the below video defending his (her?) favorite pop star — and I have a few things in common. One: our rooms are both a mess. Two: We feel irrationally inclined to defend those who don’t deserve our time or energy. (Chris prefers Britney; I, for some strange reason, am the first to rush to Rex Grossman’s defense at all times.) Three: our hair is extremely similar in both structure and coloring.*

So consider this post my ode to Chris, and to the Boston comic-dude who made the parody directly below. I feel your pain, you crazy kids. I just don’t upload the videos to YouTube.
