Hard Knocks, nasty dance moves

Can’t agree enough with AA on this one: Hard Knocks is well worth your viewing. I’ve been watching since Todd Heap staged a brilliant imitation of Brian Billick (it’s not easy to act like a preening ass) in Season 1, and the antics haven’t slowed down since. If you can’t have Playmakers, at least you can have this.

Lest we confuse you though, this isn’t my favorite show on TV right now; that goes to Mad Men. It isn’t even my favorite show on HBO; that’s Flight of the Conchords. But Hard Knocks is average-to-solid enough to get my attention. In our beautiful country, sometimes that’s all it takes.
