Weekend Fun: Short, sweet, photo-less
Florida 22 - Florida State 14
South Carolina 17 - Clemson 7
Georgia Tech 35 - Georgia 31
A few quick notes: Florida’s self-explanatory; South Carolina might just out-wile (new word!) Clemson right before the brawl to end all brawls breaks out at midfield; Reggie Ball and Co. will be too much for UGA. Welp, that looks like all the big games this week. Talk to you guys later.
…
Oh. You’re still here. Right. USC - Notre Dame. A nice little fake omission, used as a not-too-clever suspense device. Silly, postmodern PostmanE.
Anyway, this Notre Dame team, like last year’s, is overrated, but they usually bring the heat to USC. So that’s tempting. But I have a friend broadcasting this game for the Notre Dame collegiate radio station, and I’m extremely jealous of his Pasadena (CORRECTION - See, comments; Wherever that lucky bastard is.) trip right about now. For that reason, the Irish come back hurtin’. Sorry, John. Sorry, Jason.
USC 34, Notre Dame 24
And that’s your incomplete look at the weekend! Happy Holidays, people. See you Monday.

I’m going to say this before the game so people cannot claim I was using it as an excuse. Don’t get me wrong, I want ND to win…well, not just win, but beat the sh*t out of USC…however, it won’t be the end of the world for me if they don’t. If we win, I probably get a week vacation in New Orleans. If we lose, I probably get a week vacation in LA. Either way, one of those locations is a much better place to be while Iowa will be in the dead of winter.
E,
I don’t want to correct you in front of your people or anything but USC is in Watts, not Pasadena. Pasadena is where the Rose Bowl is and where UCLA plays. But your prediction is right on.
Oops.
For some reason, I think he told me something about Pasadena - maybe his hotel is there, or he’s visiting someone … something like that. But yeah, my bad.
I’m starting to think your new laptop wasn’t worth all the money. It cleary doesn’t allow you to post any photos. Should have got a dell, dude. Or an apple - because the commercials scream millenial-ness.
Yeah, the guy at the store didn’t tell me Apple IIe’s don’t have a high-resolution photo capability. Or any capability, for that matter. Besides Oregon Trail, that is.
Really though, dude sold me this Gateway thing without a wireless card. It has one of, if not the, fastest notebook processor ever made, as well as nearly limitless memory … and no fucking wireless card. I blame myself for this, and for leaving this unbelievably dorky comment. Bye now.
